My interpretation of this
chart is that job creation at startups grew, peaked and began to
decline under Clinton, declined under Bush, and declined under Obama
with perhaps an emerging plateau or modest recovery.
My
interpretation is consistent with the view that an elite ruling class is
accumulating power and wealth without regard for the country's overall
welfare.
